Human Resources Executive

We are seeking dynamic and experienced HR Executives to join our team in Khatraj. This role

is ideal for professionals with 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience and a solid academic

background in MBA/PGDM.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle,

ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll administration, and effective handling of

Industrial Relations (IR). You will play a key role in maintaining HR compliance,

implementing policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Hard-core HR knowledge with proven expertise in onboarding, payroll, and IR.

Strong understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

Ability to balance operational efficiency with employee engagement.

Experience
