At HiveMinds, we're looking for an HRBP who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and pace. Someone who doesn't just run HR — but genuinely shapes the culture of the teams they support.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid — 4 days WFO, 1 day WFH
What you'll do:
→ Be the go-to people partner for business leaders — not just an executor, but a trusted advisor
→ Own end-to-end hiring for key roles, with a sharp eye on quality, speed, and candidate experience
→ Manage the full employee lifecycle — from day one onboarding to smooth exits
→ Handle employee relations with empathy and good judgment (this is a high employee-touch role)
→ Drive performance cycles, goal-setting, and growth conversations
→ Keep the HR engine running — payroll inputs, compliance, policy implementation
→ Run engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and culture-building that people actually feel
→ Use data to tell the people story — insights that help leadership make better decisions
What we're looking for:
→5-6 years across HRBP, HR Ops, and/or TA roles
→ Comfortable owning both the strategic and the operational
→ Should be from marketing or advertising agency.
→ Someone who stays calm under pressure, moves fast, and always finds a way
→ Strong stakeholder management — you know how to read a room
