Seeking an HR professional with 5+ years of experience and strong HRBP exposure.
Requirements:
• Prior experience within capital markets, broking, trading, asset management, investment management, NBFCs, or related financial services organizations
• Experience partnering closely with business leaders
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to performance management, talent development, and organizational initiatives
