StarZen is a technology-driven Global Capability Centre operating across Call Centre, HRO, E-Commerce, Commercial, Strategy, and corporate functions. We are in an active build phase — scaling headcount, maturing capabilities, and embedding the systems, culture, and leadership that will define us for the next decade.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • 4–7 years of progressive HR experience in a GCC, BPO, tech services, or fast-paced multi-function environment
  • Demonstrable HRBP experience: owning the people agenda for at least one business function
  • Strong ER case management track record — disciplinary, PIPs, POSH understanding, and sensitive exits understanding of handling independently
  • Experience running or co-owning P&C programmes (onboarding, culture surveys, R&R, engagement, wellness)
  • Hands-on HRMS experience — any major platform (Darwin Box, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite; comfortable with data and building reports
  • Graduate/Post graduate degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
