Job Description

ITC Infotech is looking for Human Resource Business Partner- Gurgaon.

Experience: 6-10years.

Location: Gurgaon.

Job Description:

  1. BHR for GIC and gurgaon location spoc Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support business objectives
  2. Support leaders in performance management, employee development, and talent decisions
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
  4. Ensure smooth execution of performance appraisal cycles

Employee Relations Engagement:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  2. Drive employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys
  3. Manage grievance handling and promote a positive workplace culture HR Operations
  4. Compliance Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory requirements
  5. Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support audits and compliance-related activities
