Human Resources Associate

Grow Your Staff is looking to hire a Human Resources Associate. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

Timings: 1 PM - 10 PM IST (Monday - Friday)

Salary: INR 3-3.5 LPA

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing potential candidates manually from various platforms
• Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Assisting the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
• Interacting with candidates to help schedule and coordinate interviews
• Working closely with the team to manage HR operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn and work with various job portals and related tools
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
