This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate, located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The HR Associate will manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining records. The role involves supporting training and development initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Associate will be responsible for facilitating communication between management and employees to support the organization's growth and culture.

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Proficiency in Training & Development to design and implement employee training programs
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
• Prior experience in IT or consulting industries will be considered beneficial
