Job Description:
We're looking for an HR Associate who can seamlessly manage HR operations and end-to-end hiring for a fast-paced marketing & PR agency setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily attendance, leave records, and maintaining HR trackers
Leading recruitment for roles across departments like Operations, Sales, HR, Social Media, PR, and more
Supporting payroll inputs, documentation, and compliance coordination
Driving employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Owning HR data: from maintaining spreadsheets to pulling clean reports
Supporting onboarding, inductions, and addressing employee queries
Skills & Qualifications:
13 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a creative or agency environment
Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment best practices
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and keeping things organized
A proactive, people-first attitude with strong coordination skills
