Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our team in Delhi. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their HR career, with exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups
HR Operations:
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers
- Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
- Ensure smooth execution of basic HR processes
Requirements:
- 01 year of experience / Freshers can apply
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
