StarClinch is looking for a street-smart, execution-focused Senior HR Associate who understands the pace and unpredictability of a startup. This role is heavily tilted towards recruitment + operational HR, with exposure to AI-driven hiring tools and analytics.
You will play a key role in closing positions quickly, maintaining hiring pipelines, and supporting team stability in a fast-scaling environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)- Handle end-to-end hiring for both IT & Non-IT roles
- Source, screen, and close candidates across roles like Sales, Ops, Marketing, Tech
- Maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-join candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure quick turnaround times
2. Startup Hiring & Execution- Identify candidates who can adapt, multitask, and survive startup pressure
- Ensure fast closures with practical decision-making, not over-processing
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand evolving requirements
3. AI-Enabled Hiring Support- Use ATS tools, job portals, and AI-based screening tools to improve efficiency
- Track hiring metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and drop-offs
- Assist in building structured hiring workflows
4. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle- Manage onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
- Ensure smooth employee transitions (joining to exit)
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data
5. Employee Engagement & Retention Support- Support execution of engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Assist in identifying early signs of attrition
- Coordinate with leadership on team-level concerns
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- HR professionals with 24 years of experience, preferably in startups
- Strong in recruitment, negotiation, and candidate closing
- Someone who understands that hiring speed > hiring perfection (in startups)
- Comfortable handling multiple roles and high-pressure hiring cycles
- Practical, logical, and not overly process-dependent
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HR or related field
- Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing, and screening
- Basic knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools
- Good command over MS Excel & communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
