Job Summary:As an HR Recruiter at Zyphra Tech, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to onboarding top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across departments.
Develop job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal portals).
Source candidates using online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews and feedback sessions with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and HR campaigns.
Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting, preferably in a tech company.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Prior experience recruiting for software/IT roles.
Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting tools.
Experience in campus recruitment or mass hiring drives.
