Job Summary:

As an HR Recruiter at Zyphra Tech, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to onboarding top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across departments.

  • Develop job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal portals).

  • Source candidates using online platforms, databases, and professional networks.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate technical interviews and feedback sessions with hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and HR campaigns.

  • Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting, preferably in a tech company.

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting for software/IT roles.

  • Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting tools.

  • Experience in campus recruitment or mass hiring drives.
