Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake sourcing screening interview coordination offer closure onboarding handover.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring plans, and selection criteria; provide market insights and realistic timelines.
- Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing automation tools to build strong pipelines.
- Manage and optimize ATS workflowstrack candidates, update hiring-stage metrics, and maintain data hygiene for reporting.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments; provide calibrated feedback and support hiring decisions to reduce time-to-hire.
- Drive candidate experience initiatives and continuous process improvements: interview scheduling, offer negotiation support, and onboarding coordination.
