Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with
4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment & staff augmentation. The ideal candidate must have
strong hands-on exposure to hardcore IT hiring, deep understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to independently close complex technology roles while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand technical requirements for roles such as Developers, Testers, Designers, DevOps, and Support Engineers, and non technical requirements for roles such as BDE, Product Sales, HR, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical suitability
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment for future trackers
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and joining closures
- Ensure positive candidate experience at all stages
- Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience (MANDATORY)
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical resumes effectively
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills
