Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for HR Recruiter at VMax Wellness in Coimbatore. The Recruiter will support the Human Resources team in various tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Roles And Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Candidate Screening: Assist with the initial review and screening of resumes and applications against job requirements.
- Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and internal interview panels.
- Job Board Management: Publish and manage open positions across external job boards, corporate websites, and professional social media channels.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Prepare comprehensive orientation materials, coordinate schedules, and assist in conducting new-hire orientations while securing all required documentation.
- Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving, and result-orientation.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture.
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of strong experience in volume/bulk hiring.
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in human resources or Masters in Business Administration / MSW.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute.
