Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher / Entry-Level) – Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday: Half Day)
Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills who are eager to begin their career in Human Resources as a Recruiter. This is a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity with hands-on learning through an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of hiring is a plus (not mandatory)
Training & Compensation
- First 3 months: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Stipend: Based on interview performance

Post-Training (After 3 Months)
