About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Backdropsource. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and call candidates for non-technical roles.
- Collect and verify relevant candidate information.
- Assign and follow up on tests/assignments.
- Track and maintain candidate journey using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Schedule interviews by coordinating with stakeholders availability.
- Manage interview schedules through Google Calendar.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting of recruitment status.
Requirements- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Calendar.
- Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
