We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Backdropsource. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

• Source, screen, and call candidates for non-technical roles.
• Collect and verify relevant candidate information.
• Assign and follow up on tests/assignments.
• Track and maintain candidate journey using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Schedule interviews by coordinating with stakeholders availability.
• Manage interview schedules through Google Calendar.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely updates and reporting of recruitment status.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Calendar.
• Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

• Fixed salary of 20,000 per month.
