Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. Experience in bench recruiting will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Utilize job portals and professional networks, especially LinkedIn, to identify and attract potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Assist in bench recruiting activities (preferred), including marketing bench candidates and coordinating placements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bench recruiting is an added advantage
- Familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus
- Experience in testing HRMS modules such as leave management and time sheet systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
