What you'll do
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across tech and non-tech functions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle
Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closures while maintaining the quality of hires
Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required
What we're looking for
25 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good understanding of hiring metrics and turnaround time
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with ATS, Excel, and Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Nice to have
Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments
Exposure to bulk hiring or niche roles
