Role Summary
Seeking an HR Recruiter with strong experience in internal hiring and end-to-end recruitment operations. The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, off-boarding, and supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing
- Experience hiring for internal/corporate roles
- Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills
- Experience with onboarding, off-boarding, and HR documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding activities
- Support basic HR operations and employee documentation
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Work closely with leadership and hiring managers on staffing needs
