We are looking for a deadline-focused recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates to fill required positions. The recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates, performing background checks and conducting smooth onboarding of new hires. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and requirements for those jobs.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Experience in using paid job Postings on various job platforms or portals.
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Conduct a smooth orientation process for new hires.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e. g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.
- Write and post job descriptions on specialist job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
- Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Requirements
- Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for vacant roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have hands-on experience with MS Office.
