Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and focused HR Recruiter with 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a consultancy or staffing background. The candidate should have exposure to hiring national and international profiles and be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment activities from the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for national and international roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna App, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews in English
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and closures within defined timelines
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 12 years of experience in recruitment or consultancy hiring
- Experience in hiring national and international profiles
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna App
- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
