Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
13 years of recruitment experience (CA/finance hiring preferred)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing and basic MS Excel
Location: Rohini
Experience: 1-2 years
