We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
