Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Use Boolean search techniques for effective sourcing
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other sourcing platforms
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, keyword search)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
