Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across functionssourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Use proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, talent pools) to engage passive and active talent for volume and niche hires.
- Manage job postings, candidate flow and interview scheduling through the ATS; ensure accurate status updates and documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job briefs, and drive structured interview processes that reduce bias.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding handoffs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to joiner stage.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and deliver weekly/monthly hiring reports and insights.
