Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team full-time and take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings across relevant channels (job boards, social media, referral networks, etc.).
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and act as the primary point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process with regular status updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment data and generate reports on hiring metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.).
- Support onboarding activities and coordinate with HR/operations for candidate joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of proven experience as an HR recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities efficiently.
