Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
• Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Use Boolean search techniques for effective sourcing
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other sourcing platforms
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, keyword search)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting and networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
