We are currently looking for experienced Freelance HR Recruiters who can help us hire talented Academic Counselors for our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for the position of Academic Counselor
- Identify candidates with prior experience in Online Degree / Distance Education sales
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the management team
- Ensure quality hiring as per company requirements
- Maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates till joining
Candidate Profile We Are Looking For:
Candidates sourced by the recruiter should preferably have experience in:
- Online Degree Program Sales
- Distance Education Counseling
- EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling
Preferred experience from:
- LPU Online
- Manipal University Jaipur Online
- Chandigarh University Online
- MIT University Online
- Amity Online
- Jain Online
- Any reputed EdTech company handling online degree programs
Desired Skills:
- Strong hiring and sourcing skills
- Good understanding of EdTech / Online Education industry
- Ability to close positions within timelines
- Good communication and coordination skills
