Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit through effective interviewing techniques and assessments.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.

Job Posting: Create and manage job postings to attract top talent in alignment with the company's goals.

Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and next steps.

Data Management: Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
