Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time (6 days a week)

Experience: 06 months

Requirement: Female candidates only

Education: Any graduate

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviews).
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Manage interview scheduling and support onboarding activities.

Requirements:

• 06 months of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Female candidates only.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment/job portals.
