HR Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for the HR Recruiter role. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new employees. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will maintain a talent database, manage job advertisements, and contribute to building a strong employer brand in the market.

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques
• Strong skills in interviewing, shortlisting candidates, and handling onboarding processes
• Ability to develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics is a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment for FMCG or related industries is desirable
