Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates skills effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
