This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and manage communications with potential employees. The role also involves coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

• Proven skills in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate screening
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and labor laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred experience in the interior design, architecture, or similar industries
• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
