Role Description

The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities and foster growth for Vibrant Workforce Solutions in Ahmedabad. As part of a full-time, on-site role, key responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, building relationships with decision-makers, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs and tracking market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Competitor Analysis
  • Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR services, recruitment processes, or workforce solutions is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
