Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume hiring across customer support/ design and production/manufacturing functions. This role requires expertise in handling bulk recruitment drives while also understanding the nuances of shop floor, technical, and plant-based hiring.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing large-scale hiring mandates, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for customer support (voice, non-voice, chat, blended) and production/manufacturing roles (operators, technicians, supervisors, etc.).
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, campus hiring (ITI/Diploma/Graduates), and local hiring networks.
- Build and maintain a strong and scalable candidate pipeline for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Collaborate with external vendors, staffing agencies, and consultants for mass hiring initiatives.
Job Postings & Hiring Campaigns
- Draft clear and engaging job descriptions tailored to both customer support and manufacturing roles.
- Drive hiring campaigns such as walk-in drives, bulk hiring events, campus drives, and job fairs.
- Ensure accurate communication of job requirements including shifts, location, language skills, and work environment.
Screening & Selection
- Conduct initial screenings to assess communication skills, customer handling ability, and/or technical/functional skills based on role requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, operations teams, and plant leadership for interviews and assessments.
- Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) from sourcing to offer rollout for bulk positions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in bulk hiring, preferably across BPO/customer support/ graphic designer and manufacturing/production environments.
- Proven experience in hiring for high-volume roles and shop floor/plant-based positions.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar and entry-to-mid level hiring dynamics.
- Experience in organizing walk-ins, campus drives, and mass hiring campaigns.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools( Preferably KEKA ).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple open roles.
