Job Responsibility
Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services Create and process purchase orders as per requirements Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order status Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details Support inventory planning and coordinate with stores/engineering teams Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials Assist in vendor onboarding and documentation Handle invoice verification and coordinate with accounts for payment processing Maintain procurement data and reports in ERP/Excel systems
