Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, assisting with onboarding and training new employees, and maintaining recruitment records and documentation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role or HR-related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
