Recruitment & On boarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: job specification, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer process.
- Manage onboarding process: orientation, induction, documentation, & assimilation of new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning, forecasting and workforce analytics.
- Candidates with strong expertise in employee retention strategies, including engagement initiatives, motivation programs, and talent development practices to enhance workforce stability and satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge on Job Recruiting Portals. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on employee relations matters, grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programmes, team-building activities.
- Promote the company's values and culture, drive initiatives to boost motivation, retention and workplace satisfaction.
