We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHR Managerto oversee and manage the full spectrum ofHR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inRecruitment, HR Operations, Policy Implementation, Compliance, and Office Administration. Prior experience in theElectrical/Electronics industrywill be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes includingsourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop effectiverecruitment strategiesto attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understandmanpower and hiring needs.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and manageemployee records, attendance, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Overseeemployee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Manageperformance evaluation processes, KRAs/KPIs, and assist in designing appraisal systems.
3. Policy Implementation
- Develop, review, and implementHR policies and SOPs.
- Ensurestatutory compliancewith labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Effectively communicate company policies across departments to ensure adherence.
4. Administration
- Handleoffice administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and procurement.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily operational activities.
- Provide administrative support for planning, reporting, and coordination tasks.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Supportpayroll processingand salary coordination (if required).
- Coordinatetraining and development programmesfor staff.
- Contribute toorganisational development, employee welfare, and culture-building initiatives.
