We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Manager to join our team in India. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in performance management processes and support line managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
