Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern based in New Delhi, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The HR Intern will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, supporting policy formulation, and facilitating communication within the organization. The intern will play a vital role in supporting HR management tasks and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment in New Delhi
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
