Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join TNC Aviation. The ideal candidate will have prior internship experience in HR and will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist in performance management and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support benefits and compensation administration.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship experience in HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
