This is a full-time, unpaid HR Intern role located on-site in Pune. The HR Intern will assist in various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include supporting HR in managing employee records, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, aiding with employee benefits-related tasks, and providing general administrative support to the HR department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management within an innovative and collaborative environment.

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes, HR Management, and related practices
