This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern at Akrati Jewels Inc., located in Jaipur. The HR Intern will assist in managing various human resources functions, such as recruitment, employee benefits coordination, maintaining HR policies, and personnel management. The intern will also support the HR team in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department, and gaining hands-on experience in an HR role.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus
