About the Role
This 2-month remote HR internship gives MBA/BBA students hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. You'll work closely with the HR team and learn core HR processes in a live business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- *Recruitment Support*: Source profiles on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and campus groups. Screen resumes and coordinate interview slots.
- *Candidate Communication*: Engage with applicants, share timely updates, and manage interview calendars.
- *HR Operations*: Maintain intern/employee records, attendance sheets, and key HR docs using Excel/Google Sheets.
- *Onboarding*: Help with offer letters, documentation, and induction of new joiners.
- *Employer Branding*: Draft JDs, create LinkedIn posts, and support HR content for social media.
- *Engagement Activities*: Assist in planning virtual team activities, polls, and feedback surveys.
- *MIS & Reporting*: Share weekly reports on hiring pipeline, tasks completed, and pending items.
Requirements
- Pursuing/completed MBA, BBA, or specialization in Marketing/HR.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Must have laptop and stable internet.
