About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 1-month internship. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations within a growing tech company.
Roles & Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
- Help in drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Assist in employer branding activities (LinkedIn, outreach, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
Basic Criteria- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR or recruitment processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
