About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 1-month internship. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations within a growing tech company.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
  • Help in drafting job descriptions and job postings
  • Assist in employer branding activities (LinkedIn, outreach, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
Basic Criteria
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR or recruitment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
