About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech startup in the SaaS and digital transformation space, we're building remote-first teams across India to power agile HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee experience initiatives. As an HR Intern (Remote), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping early-stage people processes, supporting hiring workflows, and enabling a high-performing, distributed culture—while gaining hands-on experience in modern HR tech stacks and scalable HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews,跟进 candidate communications, and maintainingATS pipeline hygiene.
- Support onboarding new hires by preparing welcome kits, coordinating documentation, and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records across HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR) with 100% accuracy.
- Help organize virtual engagement activities and internal communications to strengthen remote team culture.
- Conduct market research on HR best practices, compensation benchmarks, and remote workforce trends.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to draft HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation for scaling teams.
