Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions for a growing team of 25–30 employees. This role is heavily focused on recruitment (70%) while also overseeing core HR operations and employee lifecycle management. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 70%)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Drive smooth onboarding including documentation, induction, and policy orientation
- Manage employee records and end-to-end lifecycle processes (joining to exit)
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of HR data and documentation
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, variable pay) and ensure timely processing
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance requirements
- Support audits and maintain compliance-related documentation
Policy Formulation & Implementation
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies aligned with business needs
- Ensure policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied across the organization
- Continuously review and improve HR practices and frameworks
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team activities, and culture-building programs
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace experience
Grievance Management & Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Address grievances in a timely and confidential manner
- Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative work environment
General HR Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes
- Collaborate with leadership on people-related initiatives and decision-making
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with strong recruitment exposure
- Good understanding of HR policies and basic compliance frameworks
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Note:-
