Requirements
- 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience
- Prior experience in IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Handle HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
- Support performance management and HR reporting
